It has been widely known that accused terrorist Osama Bin Laden has been holding out in the mountainous areas that border Afghanistan and Pakistan. We now see a change in leadership in Pakistan and with that a change in the approach on the “war on terror.”

What does this mean for the western world?

At the moment we’re unsure, the existing approach on a US invasion of the borders of Pakistan has not been welcomed by the government. Will the new government decide to protect Osama? or defend the region?

The next few weeks should yield results.
